We focus on making sure our tools — including mass email, online actions, and mobile messaging — work as well as they possibly can for your digital program. We also focus on flexibility, giving you the power to make your systems communicate with each other seamlessly and track your activists more accurately. We integrate with other tools, have a fully-featured API, and provide fully customizable, embeddable widgets for our actions.

As the Engineering Partnerships Manager at Action Network, I work with our Integration Partners to build connections between the systems that you use. I love that the work I do empowers organizations to get more out of their digital programs.

That’s why I’m excited to tell you about six new Action Network Integration Partners!

Humanitru

Depending on your needs, Action Network may not provide as many CRM-esque features that your program warrants. But that’s where tools like Humanitru come in. Their 6-in-1, cloud-based, Supporter Engagement Platform and CRM allows nonprofits to easily manage and report on constituents, donations, memberships, volunteers, programs, and events. Simple but robust reporting is designed to give nonprofits and advocacy organizations a 360-degree perspective of how their supporters engage with them and allow you to easily generate reports without having to run any complex queries or consult with an analytics expert.

What does it do?

The new integration with Humanitru pulls data from our SQL mirror, giving you a full-picture of your data. More than you can get in reports or over the API!

Who is it for?

Medium to large-sized organizations who need more advanced reporting and activist data than what Action Network provides.

Integromat

When I used to run our support desk, one of my favorite questions was “how do I get my data from Action Network to another system and back?”. It’s a fun question that requires some problem solving. The answer comes with a lot of options. You can get data in and out using a combination of reports and uploads, but that requires a lot of person hours. You can build something with the API, but you might not be an engineer. Or you can use a tool like Integromat that automates repetitive tasks and transfers between systems. With Integromat, you can send data from all sorts of sources, like Agile CRM, Google’s BigQuery, Campaign Monitor, Survey Monkey, and more! You can set it up in under 5 minutes, then watch your data flow back and forth. *chef’s kiss*

What does it do?

Integromat automates tasks, like creating a new person in Action Network, based on data in another system (like Google Sheets).

Who is it for?

Integromat is for anyone who wants to build an integration between two systems, but doesn’t quite have the technical know-how to build one themselves.
